Now in his late 40's, earned his Engineering degree in Chemical from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (Rajasthan).
From 1982 to 1994, Mr. Arora was into Marketing of Compressors of KAY International Ltd. and later in year 1994, moved to Production Unit.
From 2002 to Till Date, he is working as director for Maruti Authorised Service Station – Northend Motors (India) Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.

From 1985, looking after Purchase Department of KAY International Ltd. with regard to material required for Manufacturing of Compressors. He is also looking after Purchase Department of Northend Motors (India) Pvt. Ltd. with regard to material required in Service Station.
Mr. Amit Arora
Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, From 2002 he has been looking after Workshop & Denting / Painting Division of Northend Motors (India) Pvt. Ltd. & also Co-Ordinating with Maruti Udyog Ltd. with regard to maintaining customers satisfaction standards.
For the last 4 years we have understood only one thing and have made it our motto “Satisfied Customer is our Biggest Asset”.
